“I am very thankful for Lafayette High School because it is where all my fondest memories have been made. My most favorite memory would have to be the night I cheered my favorite guys on from the sidelines and watched them beat our biggest rivalries, the Oxford Chargers. The atmosphere was unreal and it was such a special year to win, being my senior year. The entire fourth quarter I cried tears of joy. I remember after the game, I stayed on the field until the lights went off taking pictures and ‘partying on the L.'” – Magan

“Over the past 6 years, I have enjoyed cheering and running track and cross country for my school. My other hobbies include riding around with my friends, dancing, and, of course, spending time with my cat, Millie.” – Magan

“My advice to any incoming freshmen is to be as involved as you can, whether it be playing sports or just being a part of the student section. I will never take for granted all the volleyball games I sat and watched with my friends, the Saturday mornings I woke up early for cross country, the many Friday nights I spent cheering or all the long practices. I have truly had the most fun and high school has been such a special time in my life. It all goes by too fast and I know next year I will miss all the activities Lafayette High School has to offer.” – Magan

“My senior portrait session was everything I wanted it to be and more. Mackenzie is the sweetest person, and makes posing for pictures so comfortable. I had so much fun, even with it being a chilly day. Mom and I definitely recommend Taylor Square Photography to any and everybody! Thank you so much, Mackenzie, for the best time!” – Magan

“I am so excited to stay here in Oxford and attend The University of Mississippi. I have wanted to go to Ole Miss my entire life. I plan to graduate college and then hopefully go to PA School.” – Magan

“At Ole Miss, I cannot wait to meet new friends and find things to be involved in. I also am so excited to go to football and baseball games as a student!” – Magan

“In college, I plan to major in Exercise Science and minor in Sports Administration. After taking Sports Medicine and Human A&P classes in high school, I realized the fascination I have with how the body works and, of course, I absolutely love sports and the unity they bring to people, therefore it was an easy major to pick for myself. I want to be involved with athletes and help their bodies be prepared to continue staying in the game.” – Magan
