Lexi and Zach’s November Jefferson Oxford wedding was absolutely stunning. The event was coordinated by Gabby at Details Rentals and the florals were designed by Oxford Floral Company. The bride and groom met at Ole Miss so their reception had hints of William Faulkner and Ole Miss peppered throughout.
“Zach and I “Buried the Bourbon”, an old Southern tradition where the bride and groom bury a bottle of bourbon at the place where they will be married, and then on the morning of the wedding, the groom and groomsmen dig it up and everyone takes a shot – it is supposed to bring luck to the marriage!” –Lexi
“Zach and I met during our junior year of Ole Miss at Funky’s and started dating a few months after.” -Lexi
“We cannot say enough great things about The Jefferson! They were so helpful, and the entire staff worked hard to make our special day even better!” -Lexi
The couple was honored that Lexi’s grandfather, Chaplain (Colonel) William B. Broome III, was the officiant of their wedding.
‘“We wanted a formal wedding filled with plenty of flowers and candles. Leah, my mom, was amazing and designed a majority of the wedding!” -Lexi
Lexi and Zach, thank you so much for choosing us to capture your big day! It was so beautiful and we are honored to work with your family and friends! Cheers to many happy years to come!- Ann-Marie
